The
society lady and step mother of former speaker of
Nigeria's House of Representative, Dimeji Bankole, Iyalode of Gbagura in Ogun
State, Chief Mrs. Adunni Bankole, has passed on this morning while getting
ready for her daughter’s wedding, Popular society lady was reported as been battle
strange sickness for sometime’s now.

Toyin Kolade described her as a good sister who loved to care for everyone. She
will surely be missed by all. Nollywood actress, Liz Anjorin said she was a
great personality and huge loss the entertainment industry. She was a
mother who love to contribute to the industry. 'No mother can be like Iyalode'
she said Waka Queen, Salawa Abeni and Chief(mrs) Remi Adiukwu -Bakare
were still in shock and could not comment.
